Know what? My pandemic life wasn't so bad after all (part 1).

Where were you when you first heard there's going to be a lockdown in your city because of Covid - 19?

Well, that time, I was with my parents. It was Sunday. We were in our church and we just finished hearing the mass.
We just got out of the exit door when my friend suddenly told us there's going to be a lockdown in the whole city.
He advised us to buy as many bottles of alcohol and hand sanitizers as we can and we should have a large supply of vitamin C.
I was bewildered. I know he's telling the truth. He rarely lies.
And I could see people around us were starting to panic as they hear the news too.
People were scrambling from their seats to get to their cars.
I knew instantly where they are headed...to the grocery stores.
And, we too were already on our way.

Actually, it's nothing new. It's a family routine that every Sunday after church, we would go to the grocery store and have dinner after.

But that Sunday was different.
While inside the car and listening to the radio which my mom automatically turned on...
I suddenly had this feeling... A bizarre moment..
A sudden thought...
That, finally my mundane life is over.
